Doug Burdick
Mr. Burdick serves as senior structural steel inspector and General Manager. He has worked in the welding industry for over 45 years. He is an American Welding Society Certified Welding Inspector, registered with the Municipality of Anchorage as a Special Inspector, and American Society for Non-Destructive Testing Certified in Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant Level II. Inspection experience includes but is not limited to writing and reviewing Welding Procedures, Welding Procedure Qualifications, Welder Qualifications and Welding Consulting, ASNT Non-Destructive Testing, Destructive Bends and Tensile/Compression Testing, ASTM A325 and A490 Bolt Inspections and Testing, and Rebar Testing and Inspections. Doug has performed such inspections in Magnetic Particle Examinations, Liquid Penetrant Inspections, Welding Inspections and Testing, Drilled in Concrete Anchor Placement Monitoring, Bolt Testing and Inspections, Quality Assurance and Quality Control Inspections throughout Alaska and DOT & AK Railroad bridges, structures, and piping projects.
